American Hairless Terrier puppy
Please read and initial each line item, sign contract and include your deposit of $500. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
Puppy price: $ plus $ 50 for AKC and microchip registration in your name.

This agreement is for an American Hairless Terrier (AHT) puppy with limited registration. This means the puppy is not sold with breeding rights and has to be spayed or neutered as recommended by a veterinarian. If puppy is bred, on purpose or by accident, buyer will pay a $10,000 fine to the breeder. Proof of spay or neuter must be sent to the breeder when it is done. Registration will be done by the breeder, along with microchip registration. ____
The two (2) year health guarantee is a replacement warranty only, never a money back guarantee. ____
Breeder will replace puppy up to two (2) years of age against life threatening, congenital conditions (such as heart, liver, kidney disease). We do not guarantee knees, bite, or temperament. Replacement may be of different color or gender, and given when one is available. Breeder is never responsible for any veterinarian fees. ____
In some cases AHT’s can regrow some patches of hair. This is beyond the control of the breeder and is not guaranteed. _____
Buyer is strongly advised to purchase health insurance for puppy, ____
Sale of puppy is final. If puppy is returned for non-legitimate reasons, no refund will be given. Please be sure to check for allergies to dogs before purchase. _____
If buyer is not able to keep puppy for any reason, it must be returned to breeder. Puppy cannot be taken to shelter or rescue, or sold to a third party. No refund will be given. _____
Buyer must take puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness checkup within one (1) week or purchase date and forward documentation to breeder within 10 days otherwise warranty will be null. ____
Puppy is sold to be a family member and never to be housed outdoors. _____

Puppies will be picked in the order of deposits received. If the first person has not picked their puppy by age 4 weeks, then the following buyers will be able to make their choice. ____
Buyer must make arrangements with breeder to pick up puppy in person. Shipping with a nanny can also be arranged at additional cost.
Breeder can meet within a reasonable distance. Breeder will charge $1.00 per mile round trip, unless other arrangements have been made. Puppy will never be shipped in cargo.
